Mitchell F. Rice is currently the
Director of the Race and Ethnic Studies Institute at Texas A&M
University and a Professor in the Bush School of Government and Public
Service. He received his M.A. from California State University, Los
Angeles, and his Ph.D. from Claremont Graduate School. Rice is a former
President of the Conference of Minority Public Administrators and the
Southeastern Conference on Public Administration. He also presents
Management Development and Training Workshops to public and corporate
employers. He has published a dozen books including his latest Diversity
and Public Organizations. His articles have appeared in numerous
professional and scholarly journals, including the International
Journal of Public Administration, National Political Science Review,
and Urban League Review. |
