Thomas D. Lynch is currently a
Professor of Public Administration, Public Administration Institute,
College of Business Administration, Louisiana State University. He earned
his M.P.A. and Ph.D. from Rockefeller College, State University of New
York at Albany. He is involved in editorial responsibilities for several
journals including The Public Manager Public Administration Quarterly,
Public Administration Revew, and International Review of
Administrative Sciences. Lynch participates in such organizations as
the American Society for Public Administration, Government Finance
Officers Association, The Bureaucrat, International Institute of
Administrative Sciences. He has published over thirty books with the most
recent being The World of the Light and Organization Theory and
Management: A Philosophical Approach. He has also participated in
numerous international conferences such as International Speyer Workshop
in the Political and Judicial Implications of New Public Management,
International Conference on a Comparative Study of Policy Making
Structures, and the International Seminar on the Role of Public
Administration in the Integration Process. |
