Marc Holzer is currently is a
Professor of Public Administration and Director of the Ph.D. Program in
Public Administration at Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey,
Campus at Newark. He earned his M.P.A. and Ph.D. from the University of
Michigan. He was recently elected the Vice President of ASPA, succeeding
to the position of President for the 2000-2001 term. Holzer is the
Editor-in-Chief of the Public Productivity and Management Review,
Public Voices, and the new ASPA Classics series. In addition,
he directs the National Center for Public Productivity and has organized a
series of National Public Sector Productivity Conferences, the Exemplary
State and Local Awards Program, and International Congresses in Australia
and Russia. He has recently published books including Government at
Work, International Encyclopedia of Public Administration, and Public
Productivity Handbook. |
