Mary E. Guy currently holds the Collins Chair in Public Administration at the Askew School of Public Administration and Policy, Florida State University. She received her Ph.D. from the University of South Carolina. A former President of the American Society for Public Administration, Guy serves on the Executive Council of the National Association of Schools of Public Affairs and Administration. She is also Vice President-elect of the Southern Political Science Association and serves on the boards of several journals including, American Journal of Political Science, Journal of Public Administration Research & Theory, and State & Local Government Review.
