Edward J. Clynch is currently a
Professor of Political Science and Graduate Coordinator for the Department
of Political Science, Mississippi State University. He received his Ph.D.
from Purdue University and his M.A. from Hillsdale University. A former
Department Head for Political Science, Mississippi State University and
Interim Director of Stennis Institute of Government at MSU, Clynch is also
a member of the American Society for Public Administration and was
national elected chair of the ASPA Section on Public Administration
Education (1992-1994). He has over thirty publications to his credit,
including recent articles in the International Encyclopedia of Public
Administration and International Journal of Public Administration.
He has also participated in workshop presentations for the Mississippi
American Society for Public Administration 1994 Annual Conference, Midwest
Political Science Association Annual Meeting 1994, and the National
Association of Schools of Public Affairs and Administration Annual
Conference 1993. |
